Subscription Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you're not satisfied with our service.

Conditions for Subscription Refunds:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of initial purchase
  • No violation of our Terms of Service
  • Refund applies only to the current billing period

Credit Refunds

Credits are generally non-refundable once used for image enhancement. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that prevented successful image enhancement
  • Service outages that affected your ability to use credits
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

Unused Credits

Unused credits from subscription plans do not expire and will remain in your account. If you cancel your subscription, unused credits will remain available for 12 months.
